We are pleased to announce that we are again participating in Amnesty’s International UK’s free will-writing scheme ‘Make a Will Month’ offering clients the chance to make their wills for free.

In March 2018, Amnesty International UK will be hosting Make a Will Month.  Michelle Valerio and Laura Munday have joined with Amnesty to offer clients the chance to make their wills for free.

Our Make a Will Month 2018 will run throughout March and this is a great opportunity for you to get the important task of making or updating your Will out of the way.

Having a Will isn’t a legal requirement, but it’s the only way to ensure that your estate is passed on to the people and charities that you want it to go to. Without a Will, it’s the legal system that will decide who receives what from your estate.

It is also important if you have a will to regularly review your Will, to take into account any changes in your life and to Inheritance Tax rules. You can also change your current Will during Make a Will Month too.

We will help make the process of making or changing your Will as simple and convenient as possible.

We will prepare simple wills or amend existing wills, for free.

Should we find, during the drawing up of a Will (or mirror Wills), that the task is more complicated than expected, or you want other advice or services you may be asked to pay the difference between their normal fee for a simple Will and the actual fee.

We will not do this without agreeing with you in advance of any will that is written and the simple Will element is always free.

One month doesn’t seem like enough time to make an impact on the world.
